About Claire Veale, Owner of Simpl-e Support

Originally from Hampshire, I first ventured to the Isle of Man in 2005 for the TT and pretty much never went home! I married Mark in 2009 and our amazing son, Sidney, was born in 2010.

I have mainly worked in IT since leaving school and I absolutely love what I do. I am passionate about learning new things and my motto is "If I don't know, I am sure I can find out!".

With a technical background in Information and Project Management, working with both private enterprises and local government, Southampton City Council, my first position on the Island was as Personal Assistant to the Chairman of J G Kelly. I feel blessed to have known Jamie as he was, and continues to be, an inspiration to me. But this was no ordinary PA Role as he had me doing everything from simple information management to complicated spreadsheets, sales and marketing presentation material to property management and everything in between. But it did enable me to put my software skills to use once again.

After my maternity break, I recommenced work as Guest Relations Manager for Stayboutique, part of the Richmond Square Group, another role which required extreme versatility. This role encompassed guest relations, marketing, workflow process implementation and automated systems set up to name but a few.

I believe that my experience has enabled me to set up Simpl-e Support for small businesses, where my knowledge of systems and attitude to work will ensure that you receive a professional service that delivers whilst not costing the earth.
